Oxi One™ Laundry Tips & Hints
Sheet
LAUNDRY DIRECTIONS: Regular Washing Machines:
Begin
filling the washer with water. Add 1/2 to 1 Nano-Scoop™
OxiOne™ to the running water. Place clothes in
washer. (One Nano-ScoopTM equals 1.5 teaspoons). High Efficiency
Machines: Add
1/2 to 1 Nano-Scoop OxiOne™
or dissolve 1/2 to 1 Nano-Scoop in 4 ounces of warm
water then add to machine dispenser.
DO NOT USE DETERGENT, FABRIC SOFTENER OR
BLEACH OR OTHER ADDITIVES.
THEY ARE NOT NEEDED. Less is More.
Oxi One™ works on stubborn stains. We have
compiled a list of useful tips to help you discover the wonders of Oxi One™.
Pre-Soaking Spot Remover Oxi
One™ Pre-Soaking Spot Remover should be mixed as directed on the lid of your Oxi One™ container. Mix
4 Nano-Scoops™ Oxi One™ in
a clean 32 oz. trigger bottle of hot water. SHAKE WELL TO DISSOLVE. Always test
an inconspicuous area for colorfastness. For reduced size mixtures use 1 Nano Scoop™ to 8 ounces of Hot Water.
How
to use Tips & Tricks - We
have broken stains down into color groups. We have found that most of the
colors in stains release from most fabrics in the same way.
Oil,
Grime & Grease (Blacks) – Apply
Pretreatment, saturate completely, take and sprinkle a very small amount of
powdered Oxi One™ product on the stain. Spray a light
mixture of pretreatment on to the powder to activate. Use a small laundry brush
and agitate lightly. Let dwell for 20 minutes then wash in warm to hot water.
Blood
& Red Wine (Reds)- This type of stain if caught early is easy
to remove. Pre-treat let sit for 10 to 15 minutes then put into wash cycle. If
stain has resided in fabric for over 24 hours pretreat
and let dwell for 4 to 6 hours then wash as usual. For feminine stains use 3
Tablespoons of Oxi One™ or 6 Nano
Scoops™ in a 1-gallon container and let soak in hot water for 24 hours.
Tea,
Coffee, Soda Pop (Browns) -
This type of stain requires a little more dwell time than most stains; Also you
might see it take a couple of washes to release depending on the fabric. Pre-treat and let dwell for 20 minutes. Wash as usual.
Repeat if necessary until clean.
T-shirt Deodorant Yellow Stains (Yellows) – Pre-treat effected area until completely
saturated. Let dwell for 15 – 20 minutes. Wash as usual.
Socks
Stains (Browns) – Old socks
require some soaking to come clean. New socks stay cleaner easier because Oxi One™ has a negative re-soiling feature. Suggestion for
old socks – Use a bucket with a gallon of Hot water, add in 3 Tablespoons of Oxi One™ or 6 Nano Scoops™ and
let soak for 24 hours. Wash in hot water. Repeat until clean. *Note as you
regularly wash socks you will see them start to appear whiter.
Pizza
/ Spaghetti / Tomato (
Fresh
Grass Stains (Greens) –THIS
PROCESS WORKS BEST WITH EXTRA HOT WATER. Apply Pretreatment, saturate
completely, take and sprinkle a very small amount of powdered Oxi One™ product on the stain. Spray a light mixture of
pretreatment on to the powder to activate. Use a small laundry brush and
agitate lightly. Let dwell for 20 minutes then wash in warm to hot water (For
shoes see Tips for Shoes)
Unknown
Long Term Stains (Grays) -
These are the toughest stains to remove because they have actually become part
of the fibers. Treat with a hot mixture of Spot Remover and let dwell between 4
to 6 hours. Wash and repeat if necessary. The stains will lighten as they begin
to release from the fabric. Try using a fabric or laundry brush – the results
are amazing.

& Hints Sheet
Basic Cleaning Mixture
MIXING DIRECTIONS: Mix one
(1) Nano-Scoop™ of Oxi One™
in a clean 32 oz. trigger bottle of hot water. SHAKE WELL TO DISSOLVE. Always
test an inconspicuous area for colorfastness. Your best performance is
always when mixed and used immediately with Hot Water. Cleaning Mixture Uses –
The cleaning mixture can be used the same way you currently use 409®, Windex®,
Scrubbing Bubbles® or many other counter & bath cleaning products. It will
destroy bacteria on contact and will “clean” it away.
Dishwasher Deodorant – If you have a sour smell in your dishwasher just
add a ½ Nano Scoop™ and run an empty load.
Kitchen
Sink Stains – Rinse your
sink with Hot water, sprinkle ½ Nano Scoop™ into the
bottom of your sink like you would normally use Comet® or Ajax®. Agitate with a
brush and rinse clean. For solid surface type sinks fill sink with hot water,
add a one (1) Nano Scoop™ and let sit for an hour.
The stains will go away and your kitchen will have a fresh scent.
Oven Cleaner – Mix 1 Nano Scoop™ to 8oz.of Hot
water and saturate area. Allow to dwell 15 or 20 and then agitate. Wipe with
paper towels. Repeat if necessary.
For Grates – Find a sink or pan to submerge grates into. Mix 4 Nano Scoops™ per gallon and allow grates to soak for
several hours. Use a brush and debris will loosen from surface. Wipe clean.
Window & Wood Floor Cleaner – Mix 1 Nano
Scoop™ to a gallon of water. DO NOT OVER USE PRODUCT. If you see streaking you
are using too much powder. The surface tension of these areas utilizes Oxi One’s Less is More
performance. A little goes a long way.
Toilet Bowl Cleaner and Disinfectant –Spray Basic Cleaning Mixture
around the toilet bowl and scrub with a brush. Repeat if necessary. Be sure to
flush after cleaning to remove bacteria.
Tile & Grout Cleaner – For Shower Floors - saturate area with Basic
Cleaning Mixture. Allow 15 to 20 minutes dwell time. Scrub lightly with a brush
and wash away with clean water. Repeat if necessary. Use the same way on grout
spots.
Stinky Athletic Shoes / Grass Stains - Mix 4 Nano-Scoops™
of Oxi One™ in a clean 32 oz. trigger bottle of hot
water. SHAKE WELL TO DISSOLVE. For Grass Stains - Saturate area and allow it to
dwell for 5 to 10 minutes. Scrub lightly with a brush and wipe dry with towel
or wash in machine. For Stinky Athletic Shoes add one (1) full Nano Scoop™ to Hot Water and soak shoes for 2 to 5 minutes.
Run through the wash cycle or Rinse thoroughly and allow to them dry in the
fresh air.
Too much Oxi One™
You will know you are using too much Oxi One™ for
your All Purpose Cleaning Jobs if you get a fine white residue. Oxi One™ is so clean it wants to clean itself. Its
performance lets us know when we are over working the product. Oxi One is self-correcting. If
this happens simple rinse and repeat with clean water until the residue is
gone. Then cut your formula down to ½ what you were using.
